Round 22 - the dead goldfish games.

Saw an absolute doozy in the centre square. Cripps has the ball and 1 arm pinned just tossed it backwards. It went to a Melbourne player but still, he had one arm pinned and disposed of the ball not by foot, how in the hell could that be a legal disposal?

all the other game scores up on the scoreboard at the G. And the race results.
Ah yes the good old days. When I had to look at the scoreboard to see how much of a belting I was taking on the punt. Now I just look at the TAB app.

everyone became a WW2 codebreaker. My Dad can't multitask to save himself, unless its reading the formguide while listening to the races while watching the footy.

It's a gift blokes a born with, just like a dog knows how to swim, even if it's never seen water before. It's amazing isn't it.

Will be a sweet entree to the finals set up if we manage to slap the hawkers tomorrow n guarantee our finals berth, then the Woofers follow up by slapping the Hawkers next week n just leave the Bloosers dangling on a must win game against Colonwood to get back into the eight.
There'd be a few clenched n puckered arseholes at Carlscum sweating on the result.
Footscray are more than welcome to the spot in the eight. The Blues are no more entitled to it than they are, and if the Dogs make it they'll deserve to be there.

There won't be any tears before bedtime here if we get done next Sunday.

The AFL produces quality and really funny people. That don't always live the rich and luxurious life's after footy.
Dougie Hawkins was working at Chaddie as a stop & Go.
While Cotchin turned up in his Mercedes 4 wheel drive.

And why wouldn't you throw the ball? You are likely to get away with it about 80% of the time so it is the percentage play.

If only the maggots would actually enforce the rules as they are written - throwing is not allowed.

DS
I think it's damn hard these days to umpire the throw. Players are so adept at it with super quick hands and usually know where the umpire is stationed so many times the ump just can't see the act of disposal. I would hate for umpires to pay frees for what they can' t see (oh wait a minute). There was a time where the action of a handball was interpreted much more harshly but I can't see that being appropriate in today's game.

Why make a joke of mental health?

C'mon Bernie, it is a colloquialism and tongue in check, when Richmond were losing all those close one's i were saying it is "Not good for my mental health" same as saying it not good for my heart.
