Collingwood’s energy is amazing.

They haven’t allowed Melbourne the time or space to even take a breath in the last 10 minutes.

You could feel that there was no way that Collingwood were going to lose.

They have the desire and belief, which is a powerful thing.

Like the Tiges had in 2017.

McRae is a hell of a coach.

Impressive by Scumwood. They are in this season up to their necks. No matter how lucky people think they are.
Exactly. I hate them and Geescum with a passion. My two most hated sides. But it’s not because I think they’re *smile*, lucky or whatever, it’s for the fact I hate them being good at any point in time. And right now, at this point in time, they’re both good unfortunately.

Just on the luck, you definitely need some of that to win games by average margin of 10 points.

Correct. Close game results generally even out over time. This is an unbelievable run though, credit to them.

Nice one handed pea heart effort to mark by Kosi. Put May under some heat and he is ordinary. No right foot either.

Another soft effort from Kosi as I type gives up a goal. Dees very susceptible under the heat.oz
Lost them the game
Soft as dogs balls in the last qtr.

I hate to say it but Fly has the Pies playing with incredible pressure. A bit like us in 2017. An amazing coach.

Collingwood clogged it up for the last 2 minutes. That is something we definitely can't seem to do.

Does holding the ball not apply to Collingwood?
No it dosent.
The X Footscary bloke got caught in Melbourne's foward line
And always remember the crowd plays a huge roll. The scream at everything and the umpires shitt themselves.

Lots of our pressure game, but they look nowhere near convincing. Sooner or later the bubble will burst.
Look pretty convincing tonight in beating the reigning premiers. They completely outplayed them after half time. Their speed, ball movement and pressure was too much for Melbourne.

Quite staggering how much they have improved since we beat them 12 games ago. I came out of that game disappointed we only won by 4-5 goals. They have left us in their wake since then. They just refuse to lie down and we’ve blown 5 games since then.

Dee's are pretenders.
May is a cancer for them.

They’ve had plenty of luck. And played some good footy. It’s a combination.
But don’t be surprised if they go out in straight sets.

End of the day we should be where Pies are now. We have lost enough close ones to be sitting 2nd

Looks like we taught them something starting with Moore not playing as he should.

By that definition we’re unlucky. And we know that’s not the case.

I’ll say it again: body of work. You can’t win 10… possibly 11 games in a row now being a “lucky” side. Ridiculous to suggest otherwise.

Just sounds like sour cheer squad grapes.
Of course we are not unlucky. Stupid in fact.

Collingwood tonight showed the true worth. To win that many games with that list is extraordinary. But I stand by my comments that they got away with a few wins along the way. It’s not sour gross because I couldn’t give two *smile*. But to suggest there wasn’t an element of luck is arguing for the sake of arguing.

I don't get it, we should be second because we've lost enough games? That reminds me of the ump paying the Balta free then calling for the goal review last week.
