People can see and post in threads even if they are started by someone either party has on ignore.

You just go to the forum page and there's a see ignored content button at the bottom of the page.

Yes they can but it can be frustrating when you're jumping in and out of threads and have to scroll down to click the "see ignored threads" link every time, particularly on game day threads. It's easier for everyone to change the thread owner and include a note that the content below belongs to the OP.

Thought it should have been a free kick. He certainly kicked it before the siren went but what is the trigger - when it crosses the boundary line?

In fact, watching it again, another flog blunder. Siren can't be heard but match isn't over until the flog puts the arms up....deliberate was BEFORE that. Free to Freo.
