Disagree, Buddy ran forward and tackled the Drugs player head high as he was picking up the ball; he didn’t have a chance to stand up and he wasn’t leading with his head looking for a free either.

I'm not like many, but I don't see Franklin as a champion of the game like G Ablett, Carey or Dusty.
Not in the same league

From what I saw, the Bummer was already bending and rammed his head into Buddy's crotch. Ball up.

## This post is very belated. Drafted while watching the game last night but laptop died and realised my son accidentally took my charger. Just got returned. So sorry if seems 'out of time'.

Yep. No other team gets shafted like the Tigers - statistically verified ... over the last five years. The rules are just a mess and Gil cleverly uses deflection making an ad misericordiam appeal re thousands of missing umpires. Meanwhile the mess makes it impossible for umpires ... so much to look at and compute continually. Most cannot even get the simple 15m measurement rule right for a legal kick. :rolleyes:

Conversely, the mess makes it very easy to manipulate decisions whenever you rule so results can be contrived or determined so the Crows game 33/13 against us; Moggs game double frees to them.

But nothing to see here according to his PS boys club of corporate cronies. :(
