Round 13: the Crystal Pepsi games.

I think North want to win, just don't know how. Nevertheless 8 points up at half time. 28 clearances to 10. 49 tackles to 30. Wow.

They need to start fining players for staging like they said they would. If you're not going to get penalised then they have nothing to lose trying to stage for frees. I hate the cheating practise personally. Used to hate it when teammates did it.
Yep. Agree.

Northtankers know how to win when it suits them
They can win this one, still be on the bottom of the ladder and not lose #1 draft pick

Yeah, they'll most likely win when it suits them. The question is who do they select assuming they don't trade it out.

Just realised there's no incentive for North to improve this year whatsoever, could lose extra draft picks they were given for 2024.

Kangaroos to receive priority draft picks

North Melbourne will receive three extra first-round draft picks across two years in a bid by the AFL to help lift the club off the bottom of the ladder.

The AFL Commission decided on Monday that the club would receive one extra first-round draft pick in 2023 and two in 2024, as well as the continuation of two additional rookie list spots for the 2024 season.

All of the additional picks come at the end of the first round of the drafts.
But the additional 2024 selections will be subject to review by the AFL should the Kangaroos dramatically improve their on-field performance under coach Alastair Clarkson.

They traded them both away. Can't lose what you don't have anymore

If they were bank robbers they’d forget about the getaway car.
They should get rid of the idiotic “shinboners” and call themselves the titsuckers

* late edit…they just jumped in a passing taxi*

Dived on it and pulled it in. But yeah, bloody quick with the whistle
nah, made the play, tackled the guy (who had fallen on the ball) got it off him, then tackled immediately. See it 100 times a game not paid
