My thoughts about team structure
I think we have 9 mids, 5 forwards of which 3 are talls, two medium/small
If SEdwards is now a mid then PU King and Nahas can be the smalls, Nahas replacing Knights
Maybe there is a better combination?

ive always thought that we play better with the 3 of them playing

?? Nahas is in the team...

ah right my bad, I mistook someone's post on other thread for final team. Was a good test anyway. Now I know at least 1 person reads my posts every now and then.

He's got to go at the end of this year. 100% delist.

He's pathetic.

Can't kick, gets caught too often, tries to do too much, selfish and has no peripheral vision.

Goodbye Robyn, enjoy what's left of your career.

Yesterday's footballer. Was shocking today

He's just so slow now. The contrast between him and Aaron Davey was stark. If you're going to make it as a small forward, you need two things pace, and football smarts. You just know when Davey gets the ball that he's going to generally do something damaging. Nahas, the few times he can even get the ball lately, he'll either get caught or cough it up.

Agreed - gone. I'd rather play White if we get injuries.

Now why would you play 2 small forwards ? Robbie's days are over ..... Surely you would think that there's a better option in our VFL team ?

Shouldve been traded when we couldve got somthing for him.

Another one that has to go and be upgraded upon if the club is ever going to actually achieve anything.

Said this a few weeks ago. There is only one current small forward - Jake!
Nahas is not a bad player as seen last year but out of his depth at the moment. He plays well in the 2nd's but doesn't translate to the 1st's. Does a couple of good things then goes missing for long periods. His kicking has gone downhill big time. His mindset and confidence doesn't seem right for the 1st's.
Put him back in the 2nd's to see if he can reproduce his form of last year and see what happens at the end of the season.

Gone backwards at a rate of knots. Shame.

Never thought he'd be our long term small forward but old Nahas in form would still kick 3 or 4 and have it 15 odd times against a rabble like Melbourne.

I was quite stunned he got a game this week, hopefully this is the last time.
Matty White has gone past him.

White at least kicks 50 meters, is fast and is a line breaker. Nahas is nothing

Nahas struggles with a man on the mark 40 metres out. Doesn't give you much square metres in the forward line to kick set shots from.
