you can't go making accusations like that without proof. Pretty low IMO.

wouldn't be surprised if antman is prostituting his extracts

must admit I am slightly more interested in the olympics than I initially expected.

How bad was the French Gymnast broken leg in the vault.

didn't see it because i'm too squeamish, but was it like that famous footage from the 80's that was on the opening credits of wide world of sports for years (and parodied by the 12th man?) :hihi

I dont think you can prostitute extracts. I think they've got to be still attached?

I think once they are extracted, its sports science.

No
Think Nathan Brown broken leg but worse

watched the women win the rugby 7s this morning. Great game. Tough ladies. Couple of things

1. the Aussie No.7 is marketting gold. Fast, powerful, beautiful balanced, and, well, beautiful. Expect to see her on Ads for everything.

2. The vanquished Kiwis were understandably devo'd and were in the middle of performing a beautiful, tearful haka, when channel 7 cuts to an Ad. My local feed was an Ad for a do-it-yourself carwash.

How come I havnt seen any boxing? Do channel 7 buy a discount bundle of crappier events aussies are in?

Seemingly endless coverage of Tennis matches is really souring my olympic experience ATM. Its like watching the Brisbane Open, rather than The Olympics.

Agree with everything regarding no 7. Very tidy.

congrats to the rugby 7's girls... but with all due respect, should a bastardisation version of a particular sport be used as an Olympic event? I think it devalues the Olympics, not enhances it.

That's like saying the 100m sprint is a basadisation of the marathon.

7's is a perfect Olympics team sport. Fast, quick, exciting, and played by most nations around the world.

I imagine the US would be against men's rugby returning as an olympic sport as they would be likely to lose their status as current gold medallists.

Agree. I don't have much time for rugby but I really enjoyed this game
Fast and furious. Gee those girls are tough.

... And that buffoon basil must be one of the worst commentators I have heard

He's terrible isn't he. How many names does he get wrong? He just said during the medal ceremony that Cam McEvoy is now our first gold medallist in this event since Mike Wenden in 1968 ::) Took him 30 seconds to correct himself and say Kyle Chalmers.

Anyway well done Kyle. Fantastic effort. Also well done to Maddi Groves; missed gold by 3/100ths of a second

Top effort as well by the girls to win silver in 4 x 200m freestyle.
