Richmond v Westcoast cancelled????

It had nothing to do with the protests. The protests were discouraged.

Opening up was the issue. Gathering in groups of 20 indoors sent the wrong message.

On any day in the last three weeks, there has been congregations just as large at any of highpoint, chadstone and the cbd, simply because we wanted to keep retailers happy and the economy going.

There were 10,000 people at the protest. 40,000 on average walk through high point in a day.

Kids/young adults are congregating in high numbers every day at school, and have been for a month.

You have to wonder whether less people would have been game to even get out to protest, shop, or congregate, if we'd locked down harder and longer.
Yet but there not tightly together or given a message ,we won't be fining you,but we have fined people using a car wash and a kid getting a driving lesson from his mum, comrade hadn't listened to national cabinet and gone his own way,now Victoria is the only state with significant cases.go Tigers

There's a lot of selfish pricks out there & it doesn't matter what side of the political fence you're on.

studies show right wingers and conservatives are 5 times as likely to be selfish pricks as leftys

Respectfully disagree. I don't think opening up was the issue at all. NSW was in a worse spot than us and opened up earlier with less restriction than us. They are now having very few cases of community transmission; vast majority are returning travellers in quarantine who have a 98% rate on getting tested.

Victoria has *smile* up the Cedar Meats cluster and hotel quarantine; royally. That is the issue in this state. Infected people from these clusters then got together in large family groups and the virus has spread rapidly from there. 8 of the 10 hot spots are in the northern, western and north western suburbs. The other 2 are in the outer south eastern suburbs but the infected in those areas are linked to families in the north and north west.

It is appropriate to use the term "Cluster *smile*".

Gotta feel for Match Committee future oppo guys.
They've just spent last 4 days working out how to beat Wet Coke.
Those plans go up in smoke (or is it spike!) and now start up on Tartan rug, Range Rover brigade!

Got to laugh at those who want to wash away any sort of responsibility from those who decided to protest.

Yet in the same breadth blame mums and dads for going to Highpoint, Chadstone etc.

Double standards high on the agenda here at PRE.
