Rhyan Mansell welcome to Tigerland

Spot on.
Triple premiership player Jason Castagna the poster boy for this.
Most important is that players are doing what the coach wants, not what we want up in the stands.
Next you’ll be saying the green maggots are doing their job!! :ROFLMAO:
Carn the Tigers

Yeah weve been playing this team game for nearly 10 years now,

And theres

'castagnes, butlers, higgins, mansell's, MRJ, pickett, coulthard's useless',

Week after week after week.

Yay
You forgot Danny, useless

oh yeah, hasn't played a decent game in 2 years.

further to the dearth of sophistication regarding the interpretation of our defensive forward role,

is the disregard for the fact that Tom Lynch isn't out there,

making the already hard and unrewarding role at least twice as hard and half as rewarding.

im not about to say anyone who never played footy has a simplistic, unrealistic view of the game,

however I reckon a really large percentage of people who have a simplistic, unrealistic view of the game,

have never played it.

like 29,000 people at every Brisbane Lions home game.

further, I'm fine with people having simplistic, unrealistic viewpoints;

I possess such perspectives on astronomy, art, endogenous economic cycles, the settings on washing machines, the Tour de France, music, greyhound racing, ballet, menopause, fashion, and a vast amount of other things

but I dont pretend otherwise :vomit

WTF! Did Mansell offer today? Did he kick a *smile* goal or a behind?
Thought he was picked as a forward? *smile* gave us nothing

He's one of the battlers who did a reasonable job IMO. We've got a lot of battlers these days.

laid a couple of strong tackles but at the end of the day they were just called ball ups.
Tackling is overrated as frees aren’t being paid
Can’t hurt the opposition by kicking a goal or 2 you’re not a forward and shouldn’t be played there

You are looking at the wrong end. RFC is no1 for scoring efficiency, we kicked a winable score last night against a very strong defence. Stop no name forwards from kicking 6,4 and 3 goals and we win easily. Max of course was unbeatable despite a valiant effort from Soldo.

We can’t hold the ball in our forward line got smashed centre clearances
They had 73 I50s to our 45
With that many I50s theres no way of stopping them

Amazing how this guy escapes scrutiny. Came on in the 2nd for Hopper. Only 2 disposals, zero score. That's 3 weeks in a row and he has kicked a combined 0.1

I’ve said it before but I think his best bet as an AFL player would be as either a lock down defender or tagger, neither of which Richmond do so…..
