One of the most frustrating players I’ve seen as a tiger. Does some really great things but geez his foot skills are not AFL standard. Can’t fault his commitment and hardness - as tough as they come and will happily put his head into places others wouldn’t dare. But his skills..... that snap off his shin... really bad. Would love Corey Ellis in his role... but not sure that will ever eventuate either.

Dimma rewards hardness at the contest, look at how long Morris was gifted games. Conca is exactly the same. IMHO he has never shown enough. He might have had some serviceable games but he needs to be gone.

I agree, it’s easy to see what his role is, however he really needs to tidy up the disposal, I’d nearly get him to become a bit more like down the line Dave and just take the simplest option each time, as he un does his good inside work to often by trying to get to creative.
