Doesn't it? The weak/strong draft crop is rubbish. While positional wise (i.e. backs, forwards, onballers, rucks) crops can be weak it is inexcusable regardless of picks not to walk away with three or four players that can add to your side.
This years crops looks at a very early stage, to be full of onballers and skilful flankers but light on for KP's. That is by research and seeing only two TAC games thus far.
But after getting Conca, Batch and Helbig last year I think that FJ can yet again add to the already impressive list of youngsters we have.

Agree Dex. Usual storm in a teacup but no surprise. Richmond sells.
Jack's indiscretion will be forgotten in a day but Conca's name gets more publicity than it would have otherwise.

Why is a nomination such a big deal. Rookie of the year is important but I can't see what all the hype is about with this. ? Nonetheless I like conca and am happy for him
