It’s a bit strange anyway . What they really need is outside speed/spread, not another player who plays well inside. Ellis, Grigg, even Matt White seem to offer better fit for purpose.

Last thing I want to see is Conca leaving, hope he stays forever but if the offer is to good, he makes heaps of $$$$ and the chance to go home, how does this 3 way trade sound -

Think WC wanted a first-rounder for Brown. And I don't see the Saints willingly trading Steven.
Conca + something = Darling, but I doubt Darling would be on the table or want to leave.

I agree with everyone re my trade scenario and I would much, much, much rather keep Conca but I looked at it this way.
If Conca gets a ripper deal that is to good to pass up, you dont blame him for possibly heading home.
Saints desperately wanted Brown last year and they still do from what Ive heard, WC position is weakened by the fact he is out of contract so they will have to throw in their 2nd rounder as well if they want Conca. Saints will end up with 3 picks picks possibly inside the top 25 and Brown.
J Stevens to us and watch him improve out of sight, he is tagged almost every week at the moment but wouldnt even see i tag at the Tigers, maybe the saints can throw in their 3rd rounder as well.
My hope is all of the above is complete shyt as I dont want Conca to go anywhere.
