Conca will improve with fitness but one thing we can't question is his desire. Loves the hard inside ball and that was very important on saturday

There's no attitude problem with the kid, attacks the opposition like bull and plays for the jumper.
But, his field & goal kicking is very average, especially now that I've seen what Ellis & bigV bring to our side.
Can you improve kicking? Not sure, ask Richo

Love Reecy the Concareter around the ground, but have to admit he struggles to kick a goal. Seven career goals n probably twenty points, he's definitely twitchy in front of the big sticks.

Hard to deny the gap atm. Lots of water to go under the bridge and I've seen enough from Conca to be patient. Want to see a few finals series before worrying about who's the better pick.
