PRE Phantom Draft 2013

Another gentle reminder that this draft not only requires participants to be fairly regular with their selections but it also requires patience from others of those that have commitments holding them up.
Usually the window for a selection is up to 2-3 hours. Best to have a couple of selections in the bag already for when it comes to your pick if possible.
Bit of a balancing act but we usually get there.

Pick 3: St Kilda

Josh Kelly.
Height: 182cms
Weight: 73kg
Team/Club: Vic Metro/Sandringham
The best mid in the draft, Kelly is the first pick taken as the Saints try to rebuild there team.
Kelly is a great runner, great ball user and a fierce tackler. He will add class to a struggling midfield.

Pick 4 - Western Bulldogs

Player number (insert player number here) :

Jack Billings, Oakleigh Chargers.

Bulldogs just about complete their forward line-up by drafting Jack Billings after trading for Stuart Crameri. Dogs have high hopes for Billings and will aim to get him to the required fitness level necessary to eventually run through the midfield.

With Pick 5 Gold Coast Select
KADE KOLODJASHNIJ from Launceston at 190cm, and 81kg

Athletic and tall half back is so damaging with his running game, Has poise and a beautiful left foot.

Hi there Sammy

Just a question mate what made you select KK instead of Scharenberg or Bontempelli both similar types to KK and look to be destined to play similar roles imo
But thats going to be a commentator killer of a name - I wonder how Jack Dyer would have gone with that

It was a tough call in the end it was going to be KK or Bontempelli but we are at Gold Coast have had our eyes on KK For a while

Pick 7 Brisbane Lions

Dom Sheed

No risks at pick 7 for the Lions who need a mini rebuild after the mass exodus.
Feel Sheed would have to be one of the safest picks out there and has a very rounded game, wins his own ball, uses it extremely well, tackles and can hit the scoreboard.
