Pick 72: Ryan Garthwaite

If Garthwaite is called up to play-- could be a really tough game for him, as he will most likely play on Mason Cox (at least to start with).

Garthwaite is only 192cms, that's 20cms shorter than Cox.

I think this could be a really important match up for us to win if Astbury doesn't get up as in our previous games against Collingwood this year (particularly the first one), IMHO Cox was more damaging against the Richmond backline than most forwards in the AFL.

20cm or 17cm shorter makes no difference. I notice tactics teams have been deploying is to push Cox under the ball. He doesn't seem to be that strong for his size. It will be a team effort to nullify him. Keep him outside 40m where he can't have a shot or chop in front if he pushes deeper.

Cox is a liability for them. Been shown out in finals pressure. Averages 6 efficient disposals a game. Last game against Tigers 11 disposals 4 turnovers. If it wasn;t for the soft frees he would have been rendered basically useless. Collingwood have no real tall forwards of quality, that's where we can exploit them.

All the best Garp. Be in 2018 what Townsend and Graham were in 2017. Eat em alive

Get ready for Rhino to become a regular defender in 2019 overtaking Astbury's spot in the long run and my prediction is he'll drop from 42 to 16.

I reckon Garthy at CHB and Houli to the VFL.
