Pick 53: Jack Graham

Caddy wont play theyll give him another week to get his hammy right.

The medical and conditioning staff better get it right, for if Caddy were to ping his hammy against the Cats then the Tigers will be in a spot of bother.

Lets watch this kid next year with a full pre season, has played well the last 2 weeks, he reminds me of a young Dusty, like a bull, confident and skills, ready for the big time straight away.

I get the feeling we have a gun on our hands.

Caddy not eligible to play VFL this week under VFL rules. They wouldn't play him anyway surely.

yes he is eligible

"Further to the list below, any AFL Listed player who did not play in AFL Round 23 and whose VFL Club is active in Week 1 of the VFL Finals Series will be eligible to play in the VFL in the AFL Bye Round after the final round of the AFL home and away season"

Funny you say this in the same thread as people are saying Graham is the second coming of Christ and will replace Dusty. I love the way he plays, but we need to ease the expectations just a little.
Exactly. The kid has played two games and will be a great replacement for Grigg when he retires at the end of next year

Thankfully Graham doesn't need to become the next Dusty now and can just develop as Jack Graham.

Biddiscombe and Pettifer also wore No.22...just sayin'

Killed off a few careers has the #22 at Tigerland.

Gordon upgraded to it and was delisted that year.

Benny Nason had a promising frst year in the #47 with the dreads then upgraded to the #22 cut off his dreads and was never the same, then delisted.

Sam Lonergan from Essendon also finished his career in the AFL at the Tigers in the #22.

Can't wait until he gets a full preseason under his belt.

Almost as excited about Graham as I was Dusty in year 1. It's a small sample size but you can just see he has it. Playing him in a final will fast track his development but it could come at a small risk.

He's an animal that compliments and rounds out our midfield perfectly.

Me too mad one. Reckon he has the J Kennedy's about him. Will be a beast.

Barry Rowlings wasn't too bad !!

I am quite bullish about this kid too. Solid midfield prospect. I think peeps are just getting excited because we finally have an inside mid coming through.
