Pick 53: Jack Graham

Who would’ve thunk of it. Drafting mids pays off.

Some players you can tell right from their very first game they will make it.

What a beast. Will play finals fitness pending.

This. You can just tell he has “it”.

Grigg nearly kicked his hand off in the last minute. Geez lads, look after the young bloke!

Yeah I saw that. It was stupid play by Grigg.

Anyway it was a very nice debut from Graham. 11 tackles

Love how strongly built he is for a first season player; looks built for finals on the G.

Well done young man :clap

How long have we banging on about it? Mids can play on flanks. Flankers can't play in the midfield.

Still perplexing that with his junior resume he fell so far down the draft order
Long way to go, but yep buggered if I know, has to be they thought he was just a man child and bit of an old fashioned bull. Did have soft tissue injuries I think

Yep. How good was it seeing a kid just rip in and not look out of place? Miles of work to do on fitness but he has that raw innate ball hunters mentality. And even better he showed some real smarts. The kick inside, a couple of sharp gives in traffic. A footballer.

Cause he ain’t flashy, he isn’t 188cm+ nor can he run ultra fast run cones. Reminds me of Ben Cunnington and he was a top 5 pick.

Funny you should say that , thought with his body shape and the way he handballed during the game he reminded me of Alan "Bull" Richardson.

Great debut, kicking has also improved out of sight. Starting to think we've finally got some serious midfield depth.

Dane Swan clone. Good in traffic, clean hands, knows how to find it and those legs just keep pumping. Just needs some tatts.

I was thinking more Robbie Harvey.
