Pick 12 discussion.

Emma is a big Lewis Taylor fan like Bullus.
If the kid has half the career Boomer has had, he'll be a fairly decent player. Know stuff all about the junior kids coming through but I'm just a smidgin concerned we may be picking to many similar types n sizes with our first pick. Doesn't hurt to throw in a variable at times if the talent is up to standard.

Tend to agree, I'm actually quite staggered we haven't even interviewed him. With Nahas gone, it looks like the midget cleansing is almost complete.

Except he shouldnt be a contingency, at worst should be bang alongside them ILO Smokin.

High praise indeed, if he lands at Geelong you'll at least know he's in safe hands.

I agree. Zak Jones will be a player and I would not be upset if we overlooked both those players for him. Guaranteed 200 game player.

Sorry if this has been discussed but anyone know much about Cameron McCarthy? Kicked a bag of goals and listed on AFL website as going between 7-20. Highlights are great. Speed, marking and tackling.

The Saints are very interested in him for pick 18 and Freo at pick 17. Brisbane a real chance at pick 7. I rate him highly and I'm confident that his marking will transition into senior football. Kicks goals when it counts as well.

Emma Quayle mentions Lennon or Salem for Tigers. Eddie sounded fairly excited about both of them though unfortunately!

Collingwood are after Aish and saibehamberg,
So one of Lennon, Salem and freeman should be there for the taking

Thanks, gee he moves well. Potential Nick Reiwoldt replacement for the Saints, looks like would be a great pickup if Saints were to get him at 18.

It's looking like Melbourne stand between us & Salem, hopefully Freeman is their preferred selection.

Bontempelli looks certain to head to the Doggies, McCarthy to Brissie (although they will snap up Scharenberg if available), Aish to Collingwood at 10, Sheed to to west Coast at 11.

If we overlook Salem will there be a Blair Witchhunt?

Good jokes aside, There doesnt seem to be the angst about this year. I think its a combo of FJ having the runs on the board, so we all have a fair bit of faith, and it seems the talent runs deep enough and theres enough uncertainty above us that we are almost certain to get a beauty at 12.

is it just me, or does Lennon look like a carlton player?

Im sure a big yellow sash and a shave will do wonders.

My mate sent me this

One of Hawthorn's recruiters Keith Boxall on SEN said he reckons the top 10 order will be Boyd, Kelly, Billings, Aish, KK,Scharenberg, Lennon, McDonald, Salem and Freeman.

So which favourites have dropped out, with Lennon, freeman & Salem all in the top 10?
