This tactic alright with you lot as the Israeli's are going to flood Hamas tunnels with sea water.

This is worth a watch. Louise Adler, pillar of the Australian Jewish establishment, powerful stuff. Highly critical of the tendency of any criticism of Israel to be called anti-semitism.

Yep, nonsense that you are labelled an antisemite if you're against the Israeli government and their policies. The same as being labelled racist if you're against the CCP.

What an absolute load of *smile* this term of anti semtism is when applied to the Jewish nation. The Semitic term applies to both Jewish and a whole bunch of Arabic nations.
You can be anti Jewish or anti Arabic, but when you try to apply the term anti semitic it applies to both sides. They are by definition semitic peoples.

According to Oxford Reference, anti-semitism is:

"Hostility towards and discrimination against Jewish people (although there are other Semitic peoples, notably the Arabs, anti‐Semitism is only used to refer to prejudice against Jewish people)".

I like the Jewish people especially the way they have responded to that barbaric Hamas infamous action.

Good article on the history of the conflict

For some reason you still seem to think that Hamas is widely supported by Palestinians in 2023. It has been pointed out numerous times that this is factually incorrect.

But if you don't want to learn...

Even when Hamas were elected (the 1 and only time) polls taken at that time wanted Palestine to grow CLOSER to Israel, not further apart. Hamas lied to get into power, and haven't had to face a vote since then, so the people haven't been able to have their choice (I suspect because Hamas would rig the election - the PA have been the ones who have avoided another election for fear of losing more seats to other parties).

Support for Hamas is now skyrocketing in the West Bank.

This is the fallacy of the conflict, Israel say they want to destroy Hamas but they are actually making it stronger.
When so many of your citizens and children are killed there will undoubtedly be people radicalised.

Israel cannot destroy Hamas, it is a smokescreen

Israel wants to wipe Palestine off the face of the map, the 'old' map that is, not their shiny new 'no-Palestine-to-be-seen-anywhere' map.

The Israeli government is an utter disgrace!

I am certainly not condoning the tactic that Hamas used of murdering innocent civilians but the reality is that if Israel achieve this there will still be borders with Palestinians on the other side, they will just be in a different place. There will be Hamas supporters in Egypt, Hezbollah is still in Lebanon. In many ways it will be more dangerous because they will not be able to control supplies to the more radical elements of Palestinian statehood as they do now.
There is only one solution that will give Israel any long term peace and that is to make peace.
That is a long way off.
