Replace the word tanking with cheating and it's very clear to me that Melbourne should be stripped of their compensation picks for Scully at the very least.
They need to find a way to shut the issue of working the system down, it's still too rewarding for teams finishing lower on the ladder.
It's an abuse of a flawed system.
Won't be this year though because GWS & GC are the ones who'll be benefitting most.
