Inglis is one of those unusual players , he wont get you to the finals ,

But he will win them for you once you are there ,

All up a good outcome I think, of the top 4 players, he is the player we will miss the least on a week to week basis,

But like i said , come finals time , where he likes to fire for the big games on the big stage , he will be missed big time.

Well summed up Kiwi

Can someone who follows a bit more closely than I clarify that it was Inglis who said he would not leave Melbourne he would even change codes if it came to that and has now signed to leave anyway.

But he did say it. Makes him as big an arsewipe as Judd then in my opinion.

From what i can gather , the club sort of talked him into it,

if they kept him,

They would have had to let go, Blair, Manu and Nielson.

Although he is a great player, the team is a stronger one and more balanced with him gone, he takes up too much of the cap.

Agree & his fiance moving up north contributed.

Agree, the Roosters are the Carlton of the NRL.

How good is Wayne Bennett as a coach. The Dragons are the new Broncos. Would love to see the Tigers win though. Used to wander down to Leichhardt Oval when I was living in Sydney, fantastic suburban ground.

l'm hoping either the Dragons or Tigers will win the title.

I'm hoping Channel 9 show it live and then stay with it until at least 1 minute after the final siren (and maybe do something really unique and show the trophy presentation).

Dragons or Tigers for me too.

Heard from a source the betting scandal has some big names involved. The NRL will keep it quiet until after the grand final.

your source must be wrong. NRL love open disclosure. Remember the way they treated the Storm, they acted immediately and without pause

I'm sure if the NRL know corrupt practices have occurred, the parties involved would have already been punished and publicly outed

:rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl

Roosters beat Titans easily last night to advance to Grand Final. This is as bad as Pies being in the Grand Final.Go Dragons.
