No surprise certainly thought the lateral went on him when i was watching it, ACL too, thats the same Knee injury that Willy T had if i recall correctly.

RG III will be mickey mouse and ready to go come next season no worries.

Did well the Redskins with their rookie QBs both of em are impressive.

Would you have sent him back out?

I'm not a medical professional but I know a bit about the game and I thought he was playing terribly before he got injured, Cousins was the better bet purely from the perspective of winning the game.

Re: NFL 2012-13

Who knows Kurtzy dependent on his initial injury they werent getting any running yards out of him, anyways Morris was rushing plenty of yardage and doing well and the replacement QB was doind a damn fine job anyway.

Hindisght says he shouldve had the week off but maybe they were prepared to risk it with a good idea it could go on him, im sure RG III wouldve been told his knee could give out on him hence the brace as desperation support to help him through straight line is no issue with such an injury its lateral movement and changing direction as was obvious when his knee gave out laterally when trying to change direction. Knee support braces dont protect against that.

Seattles heavy Defense overan the Skins Offensive Line in the second half they couldnt hold them out.

He was basically dragging his leg around out there ....horrendous decision for him to be back out there.

He was having a good season.
But his whole career has been injury riddled anyway, RG3's strength is his elite Olympic level speed....hope he can come back good.

According to an orthopedic surgeon most likely he'll miss all of next season.

Re: NFL 2012-13

Damn bad news good work Jukes ....... that means car crash knee so very much similar to Willy Ts injury gainst the Saints.

It looked pretty ordinary to be honest.

Re: NFL 2012-13

I heard a few NFL executives say before the draft that the tie breaker with Luck was that RGIII was more likely to get injured at the next level.

It’s also under appreciated that much of people’s throwing strength comes from the legs. So if he comes back at 80% it won’t just effect his running, but his passing as well.

It's a ripper! huge upset if the Ravens get up.

The Ravens body language looked good going into OT.

Must be super score Sunday or something. 6 minutesinto the 1st, GB and San Fransico are one TD apiece.

Peyton throws a catastrophic pick that cost Denver the game.
His record is now 9-11 in playoff games....ouch!

I guess this is why you need rings to make the HOF as a QB.

I know Peyton has one, but for all his great exploits during the regular season, he obviously finds the pressure of the play-offs a different kettle of fish.

Mind you, the Ravens should not have got close in this one, and that last TD they scored in regulation, the Denver Safety will have nightmares about for a long time.

Re: NFL 2012-13

Nothing kills a team worse than a Hail Mary throw that goes against you. These Cravens have as much luck as however the *smile* Manure score goals in dying seconds of a game.

Jukesy will be happy coz the 49ers are heading for the Superbowl after what should be an easy win next week.

Yes! :banana

KP7 was nervous early going...but beasted the game in the end,
He set an NFL record for rushing yards by a quarterback in a playoff game with an crazy 181 yards...the previous best was 119, he smashed it!
Add 263 passing and 2 TD passes....great game.
This exactly what he brings to the table and something Smith is incapable of providing.
What a playoff debut!

I reckon Seattle will beat Atlanta.

And you were worried with Smith being out!! ;D

Great season from Kaepernick. Played more games than Smith and should be the starting QB.

If Atlanta lose, then it's Seattle @ San Fran at Candlestick Park which will be a certainty for the SB.

Seahawks are on fire with 6 wins in a row and should beat Atlanta.

Yeah only because it'll be at home...I prefer the Seahawks,
If Seattle travel to ATL and win and they have to go on the road again to SF can only work in the 9ers favor.

I still can't believe how Denver lost that game.......31 seconds left.....game in the bag.....milk the clock......nuhh....let 'em throw a hail mary.....TD....geez.

Must be that Ray Lewis aura still going around.
