I can take a joke but we won't compare the Richmond jumper to a hessian sack.
I know what KB thinks and I know what Dyer and Hafey would say.
I say we should play in our jumper and cop the fine.

!This clash strip just indicates how pitiful political correct this country has become. Nothing would be better to see the Crows & Tigers run out in their traditional historic jumpers . The way the public debate on this is shaping is bizarre too. Like it's a choice between Adelaide wearing a clash strip or Richmond wearing a clash strip, then all the arguments of who earned the right to wear their traditional strip. Load of sh!t. All of it.
NO ONE WEARS A CLASH STRIP, END OF *smile*ING STORY. We wear our traditional stip - conceding that we wear white shorts, as lower ranked. Adelaide also wear their traditional strip, but with navy blue shorts. Simples.
For the first 24 years of Richmond vs Adelaide (or Adelaide vs Richmond if one prefers) matches, white shorts was enough of a distinction. Why the issue now? Like Richo said, he played against Adelaide for 15 years under that method and never had any issues, nor did anyone.

The AFL only want one team in a dark jumper, the other in a light jumper. Might as well be soccer setup. One plain colour.

i cant see why we dont just double the sash size and why we change colour, cant we use the new bright goldy yellow instead, im a menswear specialist of 20 years and theres plenty you could do thats still closer to our original jumper.
