To be honest the AFL will be the ones to rightly cop the backlash - they couldn't wait until today to make the announcement could they and let us savour the victory. They had to be cynical as they always are and make the statement shortly after our win.
The AFL should be allowing us to wear to the traditional strip to thank us for getting their crowd numbers up to record levels - because they've lost plenty of supporters due to the way their running the comp.

It's not the combination of the team colours but the hearts of the players that play in it. If doing something different brings about a flag then let's do it!!! Also the clash jumpers will be sold-out. More $ for the Tiger Superstore = more $ for Richmond.
I hate the clash jumper. Always have. Makes me puke. There is no clash. Afl are a holes imo and just couldn't wait to stick it to the club announcing it asap. The club does not have to do it and claim our hands are tied. Weak.

Personally think Cotchin is ok but afl has always lack integrity and consistency.

Don't make this week all about the jumper. The club accepted it immediately. They want to move on and focus on the main prize. The supporters need to let them.

That's the bit that hurts more Eddie from Collingwood is more outward supportive of RFC. He was going hard after the Foxtel show. he was disgusted. I expected more from the our club. Not even a whimper.
