Kidding aren't ya?! Self centered, selfish tool of an individual, with the foresight and commitment that can't carry him past the very next moment. Regardless of whatever "god" given talent he may have he will never amount to anything more than a burden to whichever society he chooses to disgrace.

I can't believe we thought this kid could be a project player.

Too harsh. The AFL just wasn't for him, and that's okay. AFL requires a lot of commitment, which kids either do or do not have. No need to condem the guy for it.

Make or break year next year.
Personally I would've looked at trading him.
He might be fast, he might be a good inside player but his kicking is sub standard.

The man can play Zip's.No doubting that.

Get him right and playing his role we'll be a better team.

Foley has now had persistant leg injuries over 3 of his last 4 years.

This doesn't bode well for a >25yo midfielder that relies on pace and endurance, at a time when the AFL are reverting to less rotations and longer spells on the ball.

Foley still holds an important place in the Richmond team, but one must question whether he is up to a full time roving role.

My guess is that he will need to be managed very carefully, rotated often, and be given significant spells to get the best out of him.

If another club demanded Foley in a trade so that we could recruit a significant junior midfielder, I would consider it.

With Foley in we were thumping grand finalists. Without him we struggled against the strugglers.

Make or break year for Zippadeee. Personally I'd trade him to Y & B.

I hope your right. A key player. His clearance work is also underrated.

Kicking can be a little wonky at times but the rest of his game is A+. Silly boy...
