Time to move on for them is now whilst they are still associated with our era of success rather than being associated with what we could be facing the next few years.
We needed a recruiters that selected kids on form not what they should be or what they can be developed into.
It's the right time. We have lost close to 5 yrs worth of kids coming through.
I cannot say today who's our next Knights
Cotchin or Turner.
Because they are sooo underwhelming.
Got a handful of youngsters that I think can offer a bit going forward.
Gibbus, McAuliffe, Coulthard, Campbell for a start, and there is Bauer, and Clarke so there are kids that have attributes that can bring something to the table for the club.
Lefau and Green could be wildcards, but much more needs to be seen.
The key is getting them on the park and seeing who can and who cant.
Brown I'm not sold on and Hugo is a spud.
Cotchin's Riewoldts Martins and Rances dont grow on trees.

Clarke has stepped up a rung on the career ladder to list management. Hartley is the key for us. He has set up the recruiting process and database that is the most important thing. Clarke was overseeing the recruiters. He didn’t make decisions on his own.
The recruiting database highlights the players we are seeking. There are plenty of recruiting mangers in waiting ready to step up.
The system has made Clarke dispensable as it should. There is no single person that decides who we should recruit.
West Coast are trying to pinch some of our IP that is Blair’s system. Clarke knows how it works. They couldn’t get Blair so they got the next best. I like Clarke but he is replaceable.

Lol. When did we last have pick one or two.? Cotchin was best player in the draft went number two cause blues wanted a ruckman/big guy.
Clarke can only work with the draft picks we have and what’s on the table. And that hasn’t been much over past 6yrs.
I'm concerned you know that. It comes across a bit....like an unrequited love interest.
