Gotta hand it to the AFL, the soft cap has worked a treat. Bit annoyed they brought it in as soon as we became a financial powerhouse though.
We need a new recruiter.
New ideas.
We can't use 1st rounders always on project players or midgets.
Kids that have good skills, ball winning ability, marking, not afraid of the contest and some leg speed.

Zips cant turn over the entire list each year so that rules him out.
He'll have a fair idea who we are looking at for this year's draft, however it's that far out our rankings will change.
We have a full season to embed the new guy in the role. Or poach someone.
