Lynch !!

The delivery is bombed because opposition teams are clogging our fwd line.
Against Port Lynch looked much more dangerous because at times he had space to lead into and we often caught them on the hop with all their backs pushed up.
Would love him to offer a few more leads though.
Jack is tireless in this aspect.
Think some of that is the lack of a pre season. He’s effectively doing that during the season

Just on Lynch, we aren’t paying him huge dollars this year, the majority will come in years 3,4,5.

The timing of signing him the year Jack gets injury can’t be underestimated. Absolute Godsend.

Oldie, this could be explained by the below excerpt I found on post PCL surgery recovery:

"When tested, athletes with a complete PCL rupture, who are back to sport, show some loss of acceleration but no loss of running or pivoting ability"

Interesting cheers caesar. He doesn't look a lot off but it doesn't take much at this level.

Jack R on rfc.com, talking post match let slip

that Lynchy's knee was sore as *smile* and he sat out the last quarter?

I won't be at all surprised if we are without Reiwoldt and Lynch this week.

would we go full blown midget, with caddy and dusty as the KPF?

could we bring in Garthwaite and use Down The Line Dave in Lynch's role?

I think I'd try the latter.

Got me stumped why we played Lynch with such a short break. :(

yep. when we picked our team for Sydney, i thought they picked it with squad rotation in mind with a 4 day break coming up. then they proceeded to make one change for Melbourne. We need to be better at maximising our depth.

Cal would be in if Lynch misses.

Takes leadership to play knowing it’ll give you a lot of pain between games, he wants to push on for us and he did it for Gold Coast too.

No way that Dave has the speed, agility, aggression (probably not) or speed on the lead to take KF. Bolton in for Jack and if Lynch needs resting, really think it's time to give Moore or Chol another go. We need to bring these guys on; perfect opportunity against the dogs who are running a pack of young forwards.

Would like to see Chol get picked as Lynch-size to cope with the double-teaming, still able to bring the ball to ground etc. But he must be instructed to work hard, lead as often as possible and contest hard every time the ball nears him. In reality though, Moore is still probably a better bet as he is more aggressive I think.

Dave is no guarantee to play this week anyway with his ankle injury

I think Dimma knew that Jack was going to stick his knee into Gawns hip and injury himself

Smart move if you ask me.

Has had the ball kicked to him like garbage and everytime hs been outnumbered.

Has been burnt 2 or 3 times when in space one by Nank when he kicked the point and Rioli are the first two that come to mind.

Jeez if Lynch and Martin would play to even half the level of their massive salaries - we'd be in front. Do something boys.

He should be fuming. He's been in the right spots.

he isn't going to out mark 3 blokes. Thde question is, whats hardwick doing about it?

maybe Elton, McBean, Griffens and Vickery were all guns but we destroyed them

We keep ignoring him in good positions when 1 on 1. Then Broad can't even hit him with a 20m pass. Kicks it on the full.

Who's Griffens?
