Just went down to training - he literally did nothing - probably not surprising - but not even goal kicking. Was out there though. There were also none of the new kids in the squad, just Weller and Lynch (and Castagna funnily enough).

Was a very light run.

I went to the Captains run the day before round 1 last year and I was surprised how little anyone did. A light warm up jog and some kick to kick. More effort was exerted in signing autographs after the 20 min session

I have told people on multiple occasions that the Captain's run is basically just an autograph session it is NOT a training session even if the "Open Training" headline may give that false impression.

Bloody exciting news , made me think today the journey that Lynch has already taken us on, rewind back to October 2017 and a few whispers went around, there was even talk we’d offered a trade with GCS, then slowly the whispers became stronger, I think the first real concrete one was Mr Don’t Argue, who whispered that it was done (, may have been as early as May?) that Tom was definitely coming, then it became a bit of a roller coaster ride in the media, Clarko took him for a joy flight in his private Lear jet to Paris for the weekend, Bucks and Eddie offered him 5 kilometres of coast line around Sorrento and Portsea, ahh but alas Tommy was to be a Tiger and now we are 27 hours away from his debut in the mighty Yellow an Black 19 ....go Tiges
