Lynch will probably get Jones
Its like a training session for Tom
Training against Rance, Astbury and Grimes playing Carlton would be like stepping down a grade

Yep.DirtyDogTiger said:And I reckon it won’t hurt Rance’s game to train on Lynch.
Some of the bigger boys have got on top of Rance.

That would be a management thing of what he does. Very similar to what they did with Prestia. Getting game time into him is the important thing now.taztiger4 said:Report from Caesar at training this morning:
" Lynch spent 20 minutes in rehab with Caddy, and never got out of 1st gear and has now left the track and did nothing with main group.
On observations no way he plays Thursday unless they are holding him back for final session Tues? "

caesar said:Look it could be management although I haven't seen Lynch sit out a session in the last 3 weeks. I understand he supposedly trained well Thursday and then got up at the season launch on Friday night and declared he should be playing some level of footy next Thursday. With no training between launch and this morning's session you wouldn't have thought things would have changed but you never know.
Interesting on the attached interview with Dylan Grimes BEFORE this morning's session he was asked about Lynch and said he should be close and didn't have any concerns, the reporter followed up with is this the main session where Tom needs to prove his fitness or not? Grimes didn't give him anything other than saying they would pretty much know going into this session where Tom is at.
Hopefully I see him training fully on Tuesday regardless of whether he is named or not.

Absolutely it is. Imagine the difficulty Carlton will be having trying to work out who goes to Jack and and who goes to Lynch. And what will Richmond do if he does play? Or will they play Balta also as that third tall??tha8ball said:Smoke and shadows behind the windows!

It goes into the ether and his reputationn stands above it but Rance is manhandled at times by the bigger blokes.
Even Josh Jenkins has ragdolled him with absolute ease.
Dont Argue said:I think absolute ease is bit of an exaggeration. You're talking about the first half last year against Crows at their ground?
Well Rance pansed him in the second half with ease. You couldn't surely be talking about 2017 GF.
Rance is 194cm and comes up against guys who have 3 cm and 10kg on him. He won't win every one on one. No one can but he's the best full back we've ever had and not sure why some people perpetuate the myth that he's no good one on one?
Rejoice in the positives. He won't be around for ever
