Wow! So tell me then why exactly is he at the tribunal then??!!

Good note from tribunal chairman. On;y to determine on available evidence, nothing to do with history or media speculation

Love to know what Lynch is supposed to do if Hurley has him in a bear hug so he can't make a lead, then Hurley whacks the back of his hand (hoping to get the broken one), then Lynch tries to get separation for a lead! Sheedy would have taken care of him later in the game...but how do you do that now with all the cameras?

So the AFL agree that Hurley was giving Lynch some "attention" and that he was not playing the ball. Why then isn't Hurley up in front of this circus then?

Th longer this goes the more likely he is in trouble as they must be debating the footage which is all they have to go on
 
Expect him to be cleared and the AFL to appeal due to the verdict being manifestly inadequate.
