Was dominant today. Watched the game & just watched the highlights again. He is slowly turning into an elite fwd. Must be close to all Australian...

re hitting good form again at the right time.
Few players hitting good form now and building!

His marking ability is underrated by the opposition. Essendon often let him have a free run at a mark, presumably trying to get 2nd man covering Reiwoldt.

Why all the hate for Geelong?, show them a little love for their incompetence in letting Caddy slip to us ;D

I loved this trade in initially but am blown away with the impact he is having, especially forward, (dead eye *smile* 43 goals 13 behinds for 2018)

Cads has been a massive bonus for us, Many thanks to #Geelol for letting him find his niche at Tigerland.

I agree. Just wondering last night when Caddy was speaking to Richo, what the geelong supporters were thinking of your list manager and coach.

Won the game for us in the 3rd quarter. Jack had 2 and 3 players spoiling and blocking him in the 1st half, Caddy got in behind and came over the top for a couple and then marked another on the goal line.
Clever play and coaching, the bombers were too busy worrying about Jack :clap

Love looking back at the first few pages of this topic. Some called it great business ... others hated it. He’s turned into a tiger superstar. I’m enjoying the ride - suffer in your jocks Geelong.

Agree. He must be close to best kick for goal in the comp too.

I must say, I was always a Caddy groupie, but he is starting to deliver beyond expectations. Amazing recruiting!!

Can’t give him a run at the marking contest.

Hits the contest incredibly hard.

Playing with confidence. Unique footballer.

43 goals for the year so far.
Great out put.
Great pair of hands
Great kick for goal
Great player

I thought he was a good player at Geelong and I was very happy we picked him up. His form atm means that you would struggle to work out which of Prestia and Caddy was the better pick-up for the Tigers. The fact that I can even ask the question is a huge tick for Caddy. A Geelong follower mate didn't rate Caddy as highly as I did and just shook his head regarding his change in form (he hadn't been following his progress at RFC. Was amazed that it needed the opportunity at a different club to bring the new Josh Caddy to the fore.

There is some scuttlebutt on twitter about Scott disrespecting him at the end of 2016 which helped lead him out the door.

Cats wanted Deledio and initially sounded out Josh to move in a trade. He was taken aback. Then after Lids had gone to GWS, Caddy warmed to the move after being told he wouldn't get any midfield time and the rest is history.
