Luckily he is 21 and has time.... but the amount of times ive seen players ignore Jay on a great lead for Richo in a contest is disturbing....for me Jay is a better kick and possibly could be a better mark than the great man...however i think his time will only come when Richo has finished up :'(

It is not as though we have an abundance of 21 year old big tough units who can take a screamer and kick accurately for goal.
Expect him to kick at least 40 goals this season.
