Jordan and Jack agreed with Robbo and thought Soldo decision crap, so Gerard pursed his lips and changed the subject.

Whateley is a worm. If it wasn’t for Hutchison he would’ve been still working at the ABC for $25 a hour

We should have got Balmey to raise his fist at the plonker. See if he tuck his arms in or raises it :wavey :nailbiting

;D

We can prove that tucking your arms in is not a usual reaction when bracing for contact, we should appeal the decision.

Soldo said that he braced himself for contact.

The AFL's legal counsel reckons that when you brace yourself for contact you tuck your arms in, you don't raise them. I say *smile*, it's a natural reaction to lift yours arms to protect yourself.

not if you are suspecting possible head contact ,natural reaction , you lift an arm to protect the face

We should appeal this under the "decision was so unreasonable that no Tribunal acting reasonably could have come to that decision having regard to the evidence before it" clause.

Soldo's reaction said it all, he threw up his hands and apologised immediately. It was so obviously not intentional that only a pack of retards could think otherwise.

Have previously sat out one game in silent protest and it's time for another. No Ivan, no L2R2R this week.

Good avatar. We should paste 47 of those on the AFL ivory towers.

Can they actually appeal the shafting if they wanted to? Or do they have to take it outside of the afl kangaroo court?

Someone should have jumped in front of Gleeson when he was on his way into the tribunal room, I'll bet he would have lifted his arms up to protect himself.

What an absolute shafting

I hate the stuffing AFL, what an absolute buncha.

"The reasonable action for a player to brace for contact would be to tuck his arms in."

Get *smile*.

Benny Balme Peggy need to get on the front foot. There's no way eddie would cop this if it was collingwood. They have 100k members behind them.

It would be brilliant if they did. I could understand a fine at worst, only because an elbow isn’t the greatest it looks. But after the last couple of weeks it’s just nonsense and they should be called on it. The afl council can get fu—-d he’s nothing more than a paid stooge.

That cox hit is a great example. Off the ball, raised his arms and basically landed in the same spot. The MRO labelled it intentional and high contact. Grimes ended up worse off than Worpel. Cox gets off with a down grade to careless conduct. Pleas explain.
