PSD was apparently not an option Maric would have stayed with the Crows. And clubs don't like tying down PSD picks at this stage anyway. 37 may be slightly over but you pay overs for a ruckman. Collingwood paid pick 14 for Wood, IIRC Wood and Maric were from the same draft and Maric is probably ahead of him.

Without a doubt in my mind. We payed unders for sure, though it may not seem like it right now.

Apparently MARIC stands for Marine Resources Information Center. Maybe Ivan can direct us to the big fish?

Maybe we need a fish finder. FTF should provide the funds for it.

I think people are forgetting the fact that we might have someone else lined up to grab in the PSD.

Yep. Probably a team that doesn't have a pick before us :hihi

R we sure this time - I mean it was confirmed earlier in the day as well???? :stir

Port Adelaide were allegedly driving up his price as well, for those saying no one else wanted him.

He may not win many more hit outs than Gus, but I'm expecting he'll clear more space for Cotch n co.

we can do with all the half-decent tall timber we can get, hopefully he can plug the hole. my only concern is he was beaten out by Sam Jacobs for the number 1 ruck spot @ the crows and i really don't rate Jacobs.

Croation Sensation Dobrodošli na Tigerland Ivan ( welcome to tigerland ivan)

I suppose he's an ick not an itch ?

Most Aussie-born Yugos are known as ick (e.g. Bernard Tom-ick when compared to Djokov-itch) ;D

Looks good enough to me. Moves, kicks, marks and rucks way better than Browne or Graham do. Looks a bit sluggish so hopefully maturity will fix that.

Give him number 27.
