Hardwick new coach?

Lets hope he is'nt afraid to make some big decisions and that those in higher places give him the licence to do so.
Now we have off-field structures sorted out I'm confident Hardwick will have a mandate to do what is necessary. Success won't happen quickly but I reckon we'll see a slow upward trend if he's as good as we think. As a player and ex-Hawks midfield coach who is a hard nut he ticks all the right boxes for me.

im more interested in seeing the expectationsof people soar in a short period of time. i hope he sets all and sundry on the straight and narrow.
it wont be until we aquire 28 30 odd core, very good, and elite players. he needs the bulk of them to enter the prime age bracket he needs to get list structure right and he needs to recognise it will take time in the current gc ws climate.
most important i hope hes smart enough to recognise that he is just a part an important part of an overall football dept that is on the same page with the same goals and expectations.
he has the pedigree lets now see if he has the smarts. good luck to him i say.
oh and finally damien i have a nice new motorised broom specially designed to sweep clean infectious duds. your more than welcome to borrow it, over use is recommended.
