Here's your chance to register your displeasure against Hardwick as coach if that's how you feel.

Personally I think it's a positive but in case he goes the way of the Spud Wallet, your can stake your claim to being "all seeing" here.

Edit: Obviously to claim your all seeing powers, if you vote negative you'll need to post and say why. Without doing that we'll end up with as many people claiming the "Negative" votes as there were people at Woodstock.

Re: Hardwick as Senior Coach

Extremely positive.

Over the moon.

Couldn't be happier.

;D

Re: Hardwick as Senior Coach

Can only wish him all the best, and I hope he knows what he's got ahead of him.

Rebuild properly Damien and the patient Tiger faithful will come for the ride with you.

Try and take shortcuts, and feel our wrath. Bring an axe and swing it.

Good luck.

Re: Hardwick as Senior Coach

Bring your broom with you and be ruthless Mr. Hardwick. But for the love of God, keep Cuz and sign him on for another 2 years minimum!

We have gone through the proper process for once, accept it and get behind him. Don't be a bunch of ferals. To the 2 of you that voted 'negative', I say :p to you.

Look, the process was comprehensive and I'm sure the best man was chosen. I await to see if Hardwick's actions live up to the enormous hype being generated at the moment.

I'm surprised some people are already negative. Who knows how Hinkley would've gone? For that matter we don't know how Hardwick will go?

We've seen plenty of false dawns but I'll wait and see before making a judgement. Seems to me some people are just upset they were "wrong" rather than any fault of the winning candidate.

Got no idea. Time will tell i guess. I just wish him luck and hope he is prepared to go through some short term pain for long term gain.

I wonder what we saw in him that Essendon, Melbourne and North didn't....

Must have presented well as in terms of experience was up against it compared to Hinkley

No experience in coaching his own side as opposed to Kenny's three flags.

An assistant at a side which has won less than 50% of its games since he has been there against a guy who has seen the team he is involved wth win about 70% of the time.

No real develpment experience has he? Oh well the hard man has got it instead of the proven coach.

Looks like more of Tuck, White, Rance. Hislop and Jacko. Pass me the pills honey!!

PS Good luck Damian for all our sakes!!!

North? pfft.
Essendon? apparently didn't take to his ruthlessness in regard to their list.
Melbourne? Who knows.

Not happy lamb?!

Am not doing cartwheels nor am i dissapointed, same result for me if Hinkley got the nod.

Hopefully Damien will be the man myself and many other Darkies have been waiting for to come along and strip list right back.

Hope he is every bit the hardnosed uncompromising son of a biatch that many profess him to be cos thats what this rabble needs.

Just concerned WT. If the "process" worked he should have the boxes ticked. Superficially it appeared he didn't. Bit of a risk becauase there is no overt evidence that he can coach or has any man management or development skills. Diplomacy also seems to be an issue!

If he got the job simply coz he is the opposite of Tezza it might be a worry.

We'll all find out soon enough but in me bones it has that "Meathead Harvey" feel to me.
