I’m told that a high profile Peninsula course where one of our finest once was a member until he was allegedly caught hitting of the red tees , word was he actually had a few ensembles of plaid skirts in the boot of his car , so was the length he’d go to reach the long par 4 s in regulation, any how I believe 3 members have been suspended for walking up the face of bunkers , great news , more of it , these disrespectful, lazy , flog golfer types need to be run out of the game

They were probably attempting to get out the only way possible such is the stupidity of some of those bunkers at said course. Wouldn’t have thought that’s a suspensble event. Just a polite warning.

I see Leish playing with Hatton and Lipsky ?
Has withdrawn.

"For the first time in more than seven months, Jason Day tweeted on his official account Tuesday, excited to announce he had joined forces with Bridgestone Golf and will play the company’s TOUR B XS ball.

The good vibes didn’t last long, however, as the former Arnold Palmer Invitational champ was back in the news on Wednesday after the PGA Tour announced he had withdrawn from the event at Bay Hill.

Day captured the title at this event in 2016 and has finished inside the top 35 thrice since. But this marks the third time in four years the Aussie star has pulled out of the event, citing back issues as the reason for the previous two. There was no official word on why Day left this year.

If it is his back again, it marks a setback as the former World No. 1 played well in the first three rounds of the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am before struggling Sunday and finishing T-24 two weeks ago. He also played well the week before at Torrey Pines, earning a place in the final group and eventually signing for T-3."

Back again. Geez.

Back again. Geez.
Personal reasons ?

The PGA Tour has confirmed that Australian Jason Day has withdrawn from the Arnold Palmer Invitational. The statement did not give official reason for the withdrawal but Evin Priest, a Writer at Golf Digest, stated it was for “personal reasons.” It is the third time in four years that Day has withdrawn from the competition.

Maybe his mum then ?

Who has the better looking or prettiest swing: Rory or Adam ?

I’ll go with Rory but geepers, you’d like to look that good swinging a club with either of their actions.

Yep, his mother has passed away.

May she Rest in Peace.
Ah geez. Yeah she’d been battling for a while. He basically grew up with her being a single mother. He was very emotional some years ago when she was first diagnosed and quite sick and he brought her over to the USA so imagine he’s rightly pretty upset.

Have been watching Billy Horschel off the tee, has he got short arms, or a long shaft on his driver?

Scott hands down , one of the finest swings of all time , so technically good . Rory has always been prone to get the club “stuck” behind him and it’s the reason he gets wayward of the tee , having to work the hands super quick , bloody good swing though . As we know key to those lads game is the flat stick
