Pffft. Dunlop Volleys are garbage in comparison with the Drofder 5000. Everyone knows that.

i am talking versatility and value for money buddy!

game over!

Geez Adam Scott's a frustrating player. Great swing, hits it great, good short game, can't putt.

I got to say I question his ticker a bit too,not sure the facts but he seems a guy that when in contension his good but if things dont start so well he dosnet catch up.

Cant believe his 3 in the world either with his record

CC, if you look at his performances he is actually very consistent. Last year in only the highest ranking PGA tour events he had 14/19 top 25's (10 top 10's including the PGA and British Open) and a win in the Tour Championship. If he didn't consistently rank outside the top 100 in putting stats he'd be clearly the 2nd best player in the world.

By those stats Roachy his a lot more consistent then I give him credit for,I might be abit harsh on him due to his performances out here too,I feel he should be a bit more like the Shark when his in his own pond.

I suppose we could also say the same about Badds.com if he could find a fairway.

lol, If Scott could have Badds putting for him he'd be nearly as good as Tiger.

2 pages agonising about footware.Typical golfers.Worse than damn trout fisherman. ;D

Adam Scott looks the buisness to me.Wouldn't be suprised if surpasses the Sharks feats over his career.

I think I read somewhere that the Coburg city oval is Fact the coldest place south of the North pole an also it has been 76 years since the sun actually crossed the oval

Agree with all of that D8, but the question is, can he improve his putting?
BTW It's all relative, I'd love to be able to putt as well as Scotty

haha yeah true that. He's probably still having less than 30 putts a round but almost everyone else is doing better. Where he really lets himself down is making the 5-8 footers at crucial moments during rounds. Like today, he let Micheel beat him by missing very easy putts at 16 and 17. They've also been the difference from him being in contention and finishing 4 or 5 back in quite a few majors already.

Why doesn’t Robert Allenby’s putting come under more scrutiny ?

Putts per round averge on the PGA Tour:

2007 – 93rd (after 17 rounds)
2006 – 85th
2005 – 192nd
2004 – 190th
2003 – 155th
2002 – 166th
2001 – 167th
2000 – 92nd

Its incomprehensible to me that someone who is such a pure ball striker and a good player in most other facets of the game can putt with such a ridiculously poor stroke i.e. with that ‘wafty’ shoulder movement going all over the place.

How is it that neither he, nor any of his coaches, cant identify and rectify it ?

Geez its frustrated me for years watching him play with that stroke. If that bloke could have got even a half reasonable technique going, he would have been lights out in so many more tournaments and maybe elevated himself into major winner status. Bloody shame. Extremely talented golfer (albeit a bit of a nasty pasty sometimes).

Yeah I've met Allenby and I got the impression he's a real wanker. Think both he and Scott should try the claw.
