He had birdie putts on 16, 17 & 18, probably only the 18th the most likely.

Those clutch putts on 11, 12 & 14 by Koepka were amazing. Thought Fleetwood would have at least got in a playoff when the leaders started their back nine.

You’d think it’s a British open with the leaderboard the way it is.

Holly sh!t just looked at Mickelson incident tigerman, spot on should have been DQ , that ball was travelling quicker then a Mitch Starc bouncer. Disgrace

Definitely a joke that Mickleson was not disqualified and his smug reaction shows a guy elevating himself above the game. No humility, no apology.

Good golfer but not a nice person, he lost me during the 2014 Ryder Cup when spat the dummy because the captain Tom Watson didn't play on one of the days.
He came out and publicly criticised Tom who is a legend of the game. That's was when i realised what sort of person Phil meme Mickleson was.

It’s long been said his fairly unpopular with a lot of the other players.

There’s just so many good players out there now.

Phil meme Mickelson tells those that aren't happy that he hit a moving ball on the green "to toughen up"

Wow. Some respect for the game there.

Unfortunately doubt he will get any backlash from his legion of moronic fans

It's understandable really. Phil has dropped to 3rd place behind Bubba and Patrick Reed. He wants to regain the #1 spot again.

Looking forward to this Open. Brown fairways brings the bombers back to the pack. Enough wind to cause plenty of hassle but, hopefully, doesn't split the field because of Thur/Fri tee times.

As always at The Open, keen on Leishman and was disappointed that Riewoldt wasn't barracking for him on 360 this week and instead was keen on filthy Phil.

Would love to see Leish dueling it out with DJ on Sunday with Rickie and Hideki making late charges. Both deserve a major.

Southgate (who has played the track since he was 16) was a decent price early in the week and still is on the exchange but the tasty each-way odds are gone.

All in all, makes Draft Kings tough this weekend when tee times might be critical. Will probably wait until just before tee off to finalise my line-ups.

Love The Open, great that its on at reasonable hour in Australia. I've backed Molinari and Poulter and will take a few more players from the UK before tomorrow.

That pair is playing solid golf, Tigaman. Have sprinkled Poulter through my preliminary DK rosters. Molinari, meanwhile, hits it straight, every bloody time. Unfashionable but, right now, bloody effective. Fairly uninspiring Open record but that his form this year is off the charts from previous attempts.

Yes they are both playing well, Molinari's putter is running hot at the moment too. I backed them a couple of months ago, got $51 on both them, Molonari now into $29 and Poulter out to $61

British Open just starting, reckon Tiger is gonna be right up there. With the course so firm and fast he will hit a lot of irons off tees, he is actually hitting the ball very well just not great with his putting. I reckon he will feel less pressure away from the US. Will be surprised if he doesn't make the top 10.

Sergio another I like, great in these conditions.

The forecast suggests winds stronger this afternoon than this morning and stronger in the morning than the afternoon tomorrow so better to play early today and later tomorrow, although weather not predicted to be sever at any stage.

The wheels have come off for Spieth, 3 under through 14, then shot double bogie, bogie, par, bogie.

Leishman 3 under through 7.

Jason Day paired with Molinari in the 3rd round. I hope we get see a bit of them, should do but who knows what groups they're going to focus on.
