GAME DAY Tiges v Suns

Not much love on here for Naish ,and yet his playing type is exactly what we need .
We need more running outside types ,we have quite a few inside defensive player's,we need to get the balance right.
You obviously haven’t seen him play at AFL level? Simply not good enough in what should be his areas of strength - running/carrying/delivery and his weaknesses are really exposed at the elite level. Too slow, too outside, doesn’t work hard enough both ways. A very good VFL player with little upside IMO.

I'm still shocked by last weeks disaster, normally I would not be worried but still Tigers to win by plenty. (I hope).

Yep the transition from all those years of 'just hoping' to the peaceful feeling before games of the past 4 years 'of being confident' is starting to slide back the other way. I need the serenity again.

Surely the boys had a wakeup call. 4 quarter effort tonight and realise handwork got us the 3 flags.Once again the sloppyness needs to go.

Please - I can see Houli giving away 5 goals again through peeweak efforts and yet Dimma will still pick him again because "we are a proud club and I continue to have faith in the playing group'

Roof is open tonight, and I just noticed this in the fine print:

The approved seating configuration allows for patrons to be occupying the seats directly next to, behind and/or in front of you during the match, however seating bays are not able to be allocated to capacity.

Understanding in places it won't perfectly have 1.5m between each patron, the configuration has been declared as safe as possible. It is recommended that if anyone in your group feels uncomfortable with the spacing, we encourage you to bring a mask.

So once again we'll be crammed together.

We can't lose.
We are the champions
3 out of the last 4.
What happens from now means nothing.
Im rapt that i saw us win 4 flags.
If we need a mini rebuild so be it.
Bring in the kids and let's see the next Maxfield Cotchin and Castagna

I had a dream that Tommy kicked 7 and Dusty has 37.

We won by 75 points.

Season begins tonight :p :p :p

We will come out like raging balls. Absolutely dominate the first 10 mins only for our mids to continually kick it to the opposition going into the 50. Jack to miss some sodas. George to support the opposition defence in clearing it out of their back 50. Gold Coast to go forward once and kick a goal, gaining some confidence and momentum and then Karmichael Hunt coming on as a sub to kick the winner

I really want to see a shellacking, don’t care that it’s ”only the Gold Coast Suns”

Do we still have to wear a mask moving around the ground?

Short by about 4 goals I reckon Mack, this will be the mauling that makes the suns set in Tassie.
I was shy of a hundred this morning, now gut feeling 101 points.

As eternally grateful that I am for 3 flags in 4 years, even they have not managed to fully erase the haunting memories of that game :mhihi
Yes, I was in the Maurice Rioli room watching that game.

I think you may be right !!

How quickly we have fallen ................ :mhihi

Considering in 2019 we started our run by putting 100 points on them in the first half, up on their home deck.

And in 2018 Jack kicked the 3rd 10 goal haul of his career up there against them and that was what cemented his 3rd Coleman, too.[/QUOTE]

I know Dusty & Skip don’t generally get the Rolls out of the garage this time of year , however I think we need Dusty to smash this game , leed from the front Champ
