we need a long holiday.
No excuses. Pathetic & embarrassing. Our young talent isn’t up to it (and most likely never will be) & ageing stars look ordinary. Whether they can regroup for 2022 remains to be seen.
Regardless we need a huge off season in drafting & recruiting. Has to address midfielders issue. Unless coaching address clearance/stoppage, contested footy & system of play under the new rules, we’re wasting our time.

Whether its trading for mids or drafting mids, we simply cannot go into next year with the same midfield.
And the assistant coaches responsible for our midfield and ball movement need to be changed as well.
It's blinkers with young Rioli ,all those who said play him were blinker wrong,as he's so so not ready,u can't play remotely AFL and only chase other players .

Unfortunately he is being found out on game day a number of times this year. The players are doing him no favours for sure, but he needs to swallow his pride and go *smile* it - man on man boys. Let's stop playing scarecrows in farms as that ship has well and truly sailed as a tactic. Served us brilliantly last few years, but teams just angle kick past our statues.

Wouldn't put money on em, but they are doing everything right atm. It's gonna be all about who brings it into Sept.
I think Pathetic is a bit rough. He just looked cooked. Agree though he should have done better. Bloke is a champion though and deserves more respect than being called pathetic.
