Don't agree. We made us look tired by not bringing the ball to ground as we exited our D50 throughout the 4th quarter. Our attempts to do this were shocking. With Jack hanging out the back. Was CCJ even on the ground? He'd done that several times throughout the game provide that outlet down the line.

We looked spent because we couldn't get the ball outside of our D50, but that wasn't energy it was the lack of ability to match them in the air. Caddy outmarked by Redden, Jack continually outmarked by Barass.

Yep, not buying this "tired" excuse, $hite, these blokes are FULLTIME Footballers these days, they get the best treatment money can buy to recuperate and have someone there to take care of their every whim and need, tired from what exactly ? Go work fulltime jobs like those from the days long gone and then train in wet, crap conditions that these blokes have never ever seen and then tell me about TIRED.

Yeah Ridley was told to pipe down. Lost his *smile* a couple of times in the last quarter. Especially when George did his headless chook routine and kicked it to Hurn. And when Jack got outmarked by Barrass what seemed like 27 times in a row.

Dusty always goes missing when we need a goal

the difference IMO was no Nank.

no slight on Mabs, he competed well for a 2nd ruckman as first ruckman,

but he was standing in useless space the last 5 minutes; cause he is inexperiences and was rooted.

Nankervis would have taken 3 marks in d50 in the last 5 minutes and we win.

15 minutes of footy (the 20 hours on a plane was telling), just made it very, very hard for us to win the flag.

Have said it for 4 years now ................ Nank is in our Top 3 MOST Important players, no question.

*smile* this uncontested chip chip precise possession game we are trying to play. It's not us. We don't have the players for this. We need to stick to, and double down on what's won us 3 of the last 4 flags. We lost this game coz we tried to slow the game down. We had more marks and more uncontested possessions than the eagles FFS. We won't win the flag this way.

Im very angry. We justed pissed 4pts down the fken drain.
All we needed was one goal or one more good passage of play but we couldn't do neither.
The fken cockroaches paid them everything in the last 8 minutes.
Cotchins legs were taken out by Janine Jackson.
Martin was held before he got the ball.
Bolton was pushed in the back.
The pass by Ryan to Kennedy if they were wearing yellow and black would've been play on.
I rather lose by 20 goals then the way we lost tonight.

Epic games like that are extremely hard to win every time, we have done our fair share the last 4 years.
Yes we made errors, but I can never be angry at these guys who have won 3 of the last 4 flags.
We still havent played so many of the bottom sides, when we do our % will go up as well as our ladder position.
Prestis and Nank and Lynch and Cotchin are massive outs, they were missing Kelly, no one else.
Have faith Tiger army, we dont have to make top 4 to win it again!

Same as the Port loss, just one composed piece of play in both games has us 8 points to the better hitting the bye at 9 - 4 whilst still playing garbage footy. Right in it.

We pissed that down the drain in the lasr 12 minutes.

Now there tails will be up knowing they have McGovern, Shuey and kelly all to come back.
That fken flog Waterman kicks the ball better then any player at our club.
He wasnt even playing 2 hours before the game

Learn more from your losses & we’re learning big time this year. As many others have said, uncontested sideways ball for the sake of it? Why? Creates nothing. Apart from the Bulldogs game, we’ve beaten no one in the top 8. Why not show more concern with being thrashed in centre clearance every week? Why not think about winning clearance & giving forwards one on one opportunity?

Few other gripes - really disappointed in our lack of ability to stick tackles & non existence of pressure by small forwards. Aarts had a shocker, Castagna dreadful (one good game for the year) & Rioli who knows what’s happened to him. Surely as soon as Stack gets fit, he takes Rioli’s spot for good.

Agree with the Caddy comments - can’t play on the wing & no longer best 22. Think Baker is better suited in the middle, offensive role - fumbling far too much down back.

Thought Crafty was far from having "a shocker" to be honest, others mentioned, no problem.

Nank, Prestia, Astbury & Lynch missing & they basically red-lined with a little help from their 19th man to beat us on their home deck. Tough to lose the 4pts but take the late lead away and the result was in line with expectation. . StK, GC, Coll next 3 games should launch us into the run home, bullish... buy...

The Swans, Cats and GoDeez demolished it.

We are resembling Hawthorn 2016 right now still putting in the odd impressive quarter here and there but the fear factor is diminishing.
