GAME DAY Tigers V Pies

Whilst disappointing we have to be realistic.

Missing Soldo and Nank is hurting us around stoppages. Chol is simply not good enough.

Missing Prestia,Edwards and Lambert around those stoppages adds to the problem.

Then consider we are playing inexperienced kids in RCD, Dow, Naish and a fading Cotchin in the midfield and it’s not hard to see why we get slaughtered at stoppages and the spread.

The backline held up well, but as the mids tired missing Balta, Vlaustin, Houli and Broad was always going to tell at some point.

You need luck in the AFL, especially with injuries. It just hasn’t been our year In this regard.

We have no choice but to keep playing the kids, we will be a better club for it moving forward.

No doubt WE are *smile* this year , bottom out now .
Need a good pick I'm farking over this year , Hocking go *smile* yourself you infectious sperm.
Go hard at the draft perhaps issue some retirements ( Captain included).

Cant see us winning the next 2 games ..time to plan for 2022
Yep, don’t rush anyone back. Let them take their time to have a full recovery. Nothing to be gained now.
List management time. Play those that need the experienc, drop those that have been underperforming, let’s see what we have.
Decision time

7 goals 1 in the last Q.
Very embarrassed to be a RFC fan (even after 3 GF wins)

Is it Bolton leaving, is it Hardwicks new Mrs, is it a few boys went out on the town midweek a few weeks ago, is it a few of the WAGS.

Discuss.
Why is Cotchin out of sorts? Totally beaten today. Is he injured or just p****d off?

Thought Grimes was brilliant at it all game to be honest.
He was great one on one. I'm more talking about the extra defender that would swoop in and take the intercept. Not only do we not do that anymore, but the opposition always seems to have a loose player.

Treloar might have finally been right. Collingwood do have the better list right now. Our kids give be nothing to be excited about.

We r clearly the worst side in the conpetition right now. Cant see us winning another game, so lets play the kids and the silver lining is we get a good pick next year. I reckon we'll finish around 15th.

And I know will get flamed for this but more spotlight needs to be put on Dusty. On current form Jake Stringer is the better player right now, but on probably a third his wage. I know people bang on about how he is judged to different standards but he SHOULD be judged on higher standards considering he is probably top 2 paid in the game. For $1.2-1.3m a year im expecting marquee performances from supposedly the best player in the game. Has played probably 3 decent games all season. Has been a massive disappointment from how dimma was hyping him up preseason.

Fair description but I’m not sure many of our kids are very good plus the ball movement forward of centre is a disaster. Ball rebounds out of forward half so quickly & what was once a strength is now a huge weakness.

The most poorly coached club in 2021. Ridiculous situation the RFC are in
Fallen in love internally
For Collingwood to have a 7 goal last quarter is a disgrace.
Never ever want to see Chol ever again and RCD can spend the remainder of season in the VFL
That fumble by RCD started the rot.

Umpires crucified us and injuries have cruelled us.
How have we gone from so *smile* good to so *smile* *smile* in 10 months....
I think RFC will let it out of the bag this week.
injuries. No one can have 9 first 22 out and win.

The midfield just can't run defensively anymore. We got killed on the spread by a very poor team. A lot of pain ahead. I am not sure RCD will ever build a tank. He was non existent when the Pies had the ball.

Can’t question the effort for 3 quarters. we just lacked the polish to put them away early.
We looked cooked in the Last.
Its the last four quarters that the fan got splattered & that is due to nine out injured. Did we get a free kick inthe last quarter ?.

good post.

if Chol was rucking 1 out for Melbourne, Cats, Dogs or lions over the last month,

they'de all be 2:2 at best, probably 1:3.

hope we act decisively on Chol, Aarts, Naish, Garth, Ross.

RCD will be around for 5 years, cause hes 190cm, but its delaying the inevitable.

I think Stackman may have burned too brightly?

Agree. Zero point fumbling around the middle of the ladder. You either want to be contending or building, and we aren't contending.

Let's not become Carlton, thanks.

I've been questioning this chaos rubbish since 2019 and now it shows as an enemy to us.

I must've missed your posts over the last few years, but I'm glad you seem to feel vindicated after a few years of frustrating footy for you.

We're still very, very close and this can turn around very quickly. Brisbane are ripe for the picking, we should be going into this game hellbent on giving them a receipt for last year's final.
