GAME DAY Tigers V Lions

We seemed to get a better run in the second half. Some pretty cruicial decisions (Balta push on line/Sonsie high on wing/Zorko HTB/Vlastuin high) that we sometimes don't get.
Maybe, but the deliberate against Dion was *smile* (Robinson slapped his hand as he hit the ball) and Shai should have got a free in front after his goal in the third when Berry threw him to the ground. And there were plenty of HTB we should have got but didn't.

The luckiest decision we got all day was Cumbo not being pinged HTB for his first goal.

If it’s a free to Noah, why even bother with the charade of the goal review?
the umpire clearly said "I'm paying the free kick" prior to the review ..
fkn strange ..
but a symbol of the shambles ..

Probably been posted already but gee we look much better structurally when Balta and Baker play back.

It was a joke. He paid a free to Balta so why go to the review. He also pointed the wrong way when he gave the free as well.

Absolute amateur hour.

One guarantee is Marlion will be fined for that satisfying high tackle on Mitch.
He will get a week for Robinson and 2 for breaking Bailey. That old Collingwood flog is licking his lips

One of the great days at the football.

The G was loud and angry my friends.

A truly hostile environment in the second half.

Cauldron of noise and energy. The Lions were shot at the 15 minute mark of the third.

Mentally fragile front runners versus a team who have won it all three times.

Forever indebted to my family to be born a solider in the Tiger army.

Others could only dream of it.

I just don't understand why we can play two halves of footy so differently. It is not just this game but so many this season. The second half tonight shows the talent and drive is there but the guy's need a halftime squib up their backsides to realise they can play
Brisbane had 6 goals by the 21 minute mark. We've had a lot of these periods of high scoring against us this year. Slowly evened up the contest and really took over in the 2nd half.

I'd say no Cumbo no win, no Bolton no win, no Prestia no win. Side does look so much more balanced with Lynch in the side.

Poor Fagan. Again he's going to be looking at the stats sheet and trying to work out how they lost.....

they all played the last 3 weeks and we lost. Thats not their fault, they've been great, but Lynch out is huge structurally as you say, and also with Dusty out and Jack and Cotch getting on and our depth decimated by the salary cap, without him we just fall below the threshold of class you need to win big games.
