Richo on the radio wondered if they’d used fake ice when he was on the bench
He just bagged Barham for not being in the rooms after the game.
I was standing in the MCC dining room (great place to watch and have a beer in a glass), and Kevin Sheedy walks past with an Essendon tie on. I said no drama if he changes that tie for the last quarter
What sort of leader is he showing himself to be?
Very ordinary and most uninspiring.
I'm just so glad those sorts of experiences and times for Tiger supporters is long gone.

As an aside, geez their supporters are ordinary too. The bay I was in was a mix of supporters from both teams and the Essendon ones mouthed off all night long bagging our blokes that were flogging them, whining, swearing big time around kids and women. They’ve got a lot of chippy, scumbag fans.
The guys who supported him were in there apparently. The ones who didn’t were too cowardly to make an appearance.
Their supporters have always been like that. They’re as ungracious in victory as they are in defeat.
