At halftime against the lions our season looked almost gone . Since that time we have outscored our opponents by about 200 points, kicking 67 goals in 14 quarters of footy.

I thought it was another great gesture that every player went to Rutten.
It was sad seeing the vision in the rooms ( Essendon) and you could see it in Rutten’s face, it said it all. Family & friends greeting him, a comforting word, a hug.. where was the ‘backstabbing Sheedy & Baaarhammm.. no where to be seen..
After the Tigers song I switched channels so not sure if the vision in their rooms showed more , but Rutten is welcomed back at Tigerland Monday if he wishes.
