GAME DAY THREAD - TIGES V POWER

The Times the defender is holding lynch is unbelievable.
But he dosent help himself either.
He needs to move towards the ball.
Thats his biggest problem. He goes looking for that contact instead of making the ball his prime target. Smells of lazy lazy football

entry into the fwd line is still an issue. The long bombing is not working at all - we cannot take a contested mark. The small guys have no idea where to stand to rove the ball off the pack. Sure the umps were awful, but we got smashed in clearances.

Those bagging bachar are clueless, one of our best.

Pickett needs to go, just such a momentum killer
Ross just too slow and gone backwards from yr 1
Aarts will get dropped and probably come in for rioli, basically net zero gain there
Martyn and Mansell just looked like a boys playing a mans game. Compare them to their 1st gamer Jones. Both nowhere close to senior footy.

I reckon Egg had a better game last week than Martyn and thats saying something. Ross for mine is a nothing player
Give the guy a break you've been bagging him all night.. Was his first game and only played just over 50% of the game.. Can get the ball, had 12 disposals but needs to adjust to the speed of the game, and it was high intensity. These youngsters need to be given a run of games before making judgement.

My take on the game was , that we are still right in this, weren’t at our best, however stayed in the contest sticking to our guns, there’s obviously a few changes all been well before September, however we really miss Prestia in that midfield, there’s no repla for him this year either.

We would want to win the next couple , however if we stay fit we are still the team to beat

How is that rushed behind by Robbie Gray considered not deliberate?

Really it is no different to Hartletts brain fade in the PF last year.

yeah yeah it was within 9 metres, but seriously that’s as deliberate as it cimes
The rule was written for things like that. He had alternatives.

Is it wrong to say sacrificing 4 points is almost OK if that f*+%tard Duursma does a knee? It feels wrong yet so right.

We're in it, but this constant rubbish umpiring is always our nemesis every week.

Gutsy effort but a couple of guys aren’t up to it at the moment. Aarts out. Martyn not ready - very slow. And Ross, not sure where he’s at right now. Lynch - everything just bounces out of his hands.

Mansell looks capable.

Lambo, Dusty, Grimes, Dave good. Bolton good when Dimma finally woke up and got him into the centre.

How does the coach fall in love with a player so clearly deficient in... speed. Caddy out of side for same reason. I know RCD ain't slow.
