GAME DAY – R14 Tiges v Blues

I dont think there is a more hateable supporter group in the AFL.

I had one bloke in front of me say that Cotchin is a soft footballer. I let it go the first time but after the second I had to step in and put this peanut in line.
If you were level 2 or above I hope you were suitably restrained and only threw him over the railing.
Not that I condone such behaviour but it is carlscum after all

Actually, they probably have a right to feel aggrieved. They were very unlucky. They are one of the few rare teams in recent years that were on the wrong end of the free kick count against us. I’m expecting an investigation by the afl to work out how the hell that happened and make things right

It was boys versus men in the Carlton defence last night.
They panicked, under pressure, when the ball came in quickly.
Sometimes they clustered three players to one Richmond forward, allowing easy crumbling goals, tapped down to Jack, et cetera.

There were moments in Q2 when we looked like a premiership team.

30 points up and Carlton couldn’t get past the wing.

And then someone will give away a *smile* stupid free and the momentum will shift.

Dimma needs to work out a way to stop teams from tripping our press so easily and then slamming on goals.

Our best currently looks good enough to jag another flag.

Our worst puts us in the crosshairs of the better teams.
Dimma talked about this at his presser.

He said the challenge when you dominate inside 50s and don’t score is that it provides lots of space at the other end . His view was we handled that well generally but there were times we didn’t and had to work on it.

i reckon we played, and the umpires umpired, like it was a final last night.

I thought the days of Carlton supporters being sooky, salty wankers was a thing of the past due to years of abject mediocrity. Seems I am yet again wrong about something.

Watching, thought only o telly, I thought we could have done a lot better in the forward zone.
Carlton cleared the ball out too many times very easily.
No idea how we fix that for next week with Stewart in such good form.

They're back in droves.

The guy in front of us threatened to bash my son for barracking too loudly. - and this was in the Richmond 3121 members area! Turds all of them.

Yes i do, Dwayne Russell opened his program today with "Let Shai Be Shai" i tend to agree.

Maybe a quite word to Shai in order but didn't really like Dimma publicly berating him.
I liked it because he gave it to Docherty by his action. Docherty had been mouthing off big time.

No doubt Graystar. However the conditions did make it difficult to take a contested mark and we had little space to get separation on the lead
We desperately need a genuine crumbing forward and we looked better with MRJ on the field

I had that from a Geelong supporter a couple of years ago. My answer was that if you wanted to sit with everyone not making noise barracking then stay home !!

The momentum swung when broad didn't attack the ball and allowed to to bounce out when he was all by himself in the back 50.
30 seconds Carlton kicked a goal, we couldn't get it out of there

What has Silvagni all of a sudden achieved to be king of the mouthing off brigade??? Only time I noticed him was when he was gobbing off. Got towelled up by an 11 gamer.
