Game Day: Last game of 2023 vs. Port

How was the Rozee head snap stage? Ripped-off!

Ugly, that will happen more and more I'd say

Give it away Dylan. You’ve been awesome but you’re done. Constantly getting beaten one on one, week to week. Constantly going to ground. Free kicks against galore.

It’s over Champion.
Someone has to talk to him. Can’t go around again, can’t be captain. Must retire.

We are in for a world of pain next year. The side is slow, poorly skilled, not particularly smart, and there is nothing to be excited about coming through.

We stayed with them (and played better at times) until the 11th minute mark of the last quarter. Port then got 5 dubious free kicks from which they scored 4 goals.

Our youngun's played well - a couple of our older players need to lift.

If Port play like that in the finals they are no hope IMO.

Good game from the kids. Tresize and Young were good. Bauer's a bit disappointing but more to come. Browny did well.

Flogs nothing but the biggest load of sh!t in our games.

Kudos to the commentators for acknowledging our recent success coming to a close. Build again Tiges.

Good game

I like the attitude overall and thought we looked like we have a good spread of talent across the ground and by age to suggest we’ve got a good foundation to build upon under the next coach

Hopefully we get some new assistant coaches and not continue with the failed coaches from other clubs then we may have a chance
My hope is that we appoint a new coach and that they shake it up a bit. If not, welcome to 2009.

Yep, agree TF, liked the games of all the kid's, had a crack and certainly showed a lot more poise and effort than a few old campainer's today

Unfair for Bauer to be expected to play key forward. He is a 3rd tall.

We tried hard but we are grossly under skilled/under talented. We’re heading back into the Kellaway years I fear. A lot of well meaning triers that a lot of people love, or see virtue in, but are constantly outclassed by opponents or make errors - especially by foot.

We’re one of, if not the worst kicking team in the AFL.
